Carpenter Level I
🔨 What You’ll Do:
• Assist with remodels (framing, trim, cabinets & more)
• Support the Lead Carpenter on-site
• Keep job sites clean, safe & efficient
• Grow your skills every day
✅ What You Bring:
• 2+ years of carpentry/remodeling experience
• Great attitude & teamwork skills
• Reliable transportation + basic tools
• Pride in doing quality work
🎯 What we offer:
• $22–$25/hr (based on experience)

Carpenter Level II
🔨 What You’ll Do:
• Execute high-quality carpentry (kitchens, baths, finish work)
• Support the Lead Craftsman & guide junior team members
• Help manage job site tasks & keep things running smoothly
• Take pride in detail, quality, and craftsmanship
✅ You Bring:
• 4+ yrs residential remodeling experience
• Finish carpentry & cabinetry skills
• Ability to lead tasks and mentor others
• Reliable transportation & strong work ethic
🎯 We Offer:
