Let's talk UGC for a minute👏
UGC stands for User Generated Content. YOU the USER creates videos and photos for brands to use on their socials and websites.
Brands are looking for normal every day people like you and me! They want moms, dads, Gen X-ers, you name it! The products to promote are literally limitless. Pet products, sports related, kids/baby, moms, skin care, beauty, apps, practically anything you cam think of!
You can do this FACELESS or face-forward as we like to call it. If you don't want to be involved, use your pets! There's so many options to explore.
Now, where do you find opportunities There's tons of apps and websites that are looking for UGC creators. You've got everything from beginner friendly, intermediate to professional level opportunities.
My advice is to start making videos of things you love around your house. Focus on using good lighting, good sound quality and practice editing. Then you can pull up canva and create a portfolio. Canva even has templates for UGC portfolios!!

I know that feeling when you get JUST the bare minimum groceries, nothing extra, nothing fancy but you go to check out and feel that pit in your stomach because of how much you just spent. You don't need better budgeting and you don't need to be more frugal. What you need is a side hustle that you can learn how to earn from home in the small pockets of your day.

I've learned that the most important thing in order to start earning from home is to just start. Start it messy, don't wait to start when everything is perfect.
You can make money without being an influencer. You can make money without a big following. You CAN make money from what you post.
2026 is the year of working smarter, not harder. You don't need to go out and start door dashing or doing Uber. Stay home and earn from your phone with just an hour or two a day!
