We believe women and children who have experienced violence and other forms of trauma need a safe, grace-filled space for healing, connection, and hope because no woman should be alone in her pain.

We believe, when women are met with compassion and understanding, they will heal, find the strength to face their challenges and prioritize their personal well-being, as well as that of their children.

May is Mental Health Awareness Month.

Awareness is the first step to healing. Knowing the signs, starting conversations, and breaking silence saves lives.

Mental health awareness is about compassion, connection, and care.
We’re all in this together—let’s lift each other up.
