Body Weight- Strong Legs Workout! 🔥
This one’s for all my busy ladies who want to build strong legs from the comfort of their home. No excuses, just results!
Do each move for 40 seconds(per leg), with a 20-second rest in between. Complete 3-4 rounds.
Your Moves:
1. Pulse Squats
2. Sumo Squat + Lunge
3. Lateral Lunge + Knee Drives
4. Walk Through Lunge
5. Lateral Squat - Low
