In the skillet (or wok) throw in Peas, Carrots, Onions, and Garlic. Then push that mix to the side of the pan, pour the eggs on the OTHER side and scramble. Then add the Rice, Soy Sauce, Shrimp, and stir....fry ;) Enjoy!!
