Fresh off the bench! Custom designed leg armor. These are made from two layers of 14oz waxed leather. They're used for sport fighting in the Society for Creative Anachronism, a medieval reenactment group.
Leather is a beautiful medium. Leather armor, specifically, is my newest love. On the left leg is Eithyrnir, the Cosmic Stag. He lives on the roof of the mead hall in Valhalla and eats the leaves of Yggdrasil. On the right leg is Odin and Sliepnir. Sliepnir is the 8 legged steed of the Allfather and capable of crossing into other realms.

Hey y'all. It's November and you know what that means, Christmas will be here sooner than we'd like. This year I'm making 3 different items for the Christmas season: mokume gane bracelets, eternal blooms, and kiridashi knives. Below are example pics.
