A “new construction” home has Multiple facets!!

This particular home has a beautiful exterior staircase!!!
However, it was lacking the finishing touch -
Stair Rails!

We just completed the installation of a beautiful vinyl option!

If you have stairs, it is imperative (and code) to have rails. We coordinated with the front porch to make a seamless transition!!

In this particular house, our client opted to utilize a nice laminate!
We suggested matching the stair treads and risers with the same material. Luckily, the manufacturer had stair nose trim to match! So, after some time and effort: adding inner stringers, filler strips - we finished the staircase!
There is some painting touch-ups required; but, whew, we got it!!
