One of our favorite parts is the framed wallpaper on the fireplace behind the TV.

What was your favorite part of this room?

There is a lot more to interior design than most people realize.

It’s not just picking pretty things (though that is part of it). We put together inspiration boards, design statements, technical drawings, review floor plans, elevations, 3D renderings, material selections, and so much more all put into a 150+ page builder binder that keeps every single person working on your new home on the same page from day one.

We also stay involved through construction. Communicating between you and your builder. Making sure nothing gets lost, nothing gets missed, and the vision you started with is the home you actually move into.

This is a pre-construction rendering for one of our current projects, an English Tudor Revival home, and it gives our clients the chance to see and actually approve the design before anything is finalized. Things always evolve throughout the construction process, but that is exactly what makes this step so important.

It is one of our favorite parts of the process because it takes the guesswork out of it. No surprises, no “that’s not what I pictured.” Just a clear vision that everyone is aligned on from the start.
