If you've ever asked yourself why Oklahoma is so terrible for animals, here's exhibit A. No normal human being with any empathy for animals would react and respond the way these women did to seeing a distressed, skinny kitten.

I don't know if it's upbringing or if they are born this way... look up what "the Sooners" were. Oklahomans aren't only proud of them but adopted that as their state nickname and mascot. So maybe it's not surprising that people, who are of descendants of thieves and cheaters and are proud of it, would be selfish, terrible people.
