✅ Wall traps are a perfect drill for putting all the fundamentals of serving together✅

❓What are the fundamentals of serving❓

🏐 Toss
- a good toss determines how well you can hit the ball, make sure the toss is as high as you can reach, and is over your hitting shoulder

🏐Timing
- timing your swing to make sure you step at the right time to gain power, AND hit the ball while its high so it goes over the net

🏐Contact
- hitting the ball with a WIDE HAND in the CENTER sweet spot of the ball is key to a powerful serve!!
