Strong Foundations is designed to help young athletes build the strength they need from the inside out by focusing on the core and posterior chain.
Why does that matter?
✅ Develop stronger core and glute muscles that support athletic performance.
✅ Improve the muscles responsible for deceleration, stability, and body control, helping athletes move more efficiently and reduce their risk of injury.
✅ While many training programs focus on speed, acceleration, and power, this class targets the muscles that help athletes control those movements. Building both the “accelerators” and the “brakes” creates a stronger, more balanced, and more resilient athlete.

Sometimes I underestimate the heart of an athlete Or especially after watching them smash their toe with a 45 # weight
But Avery would not be outdone by the boys in the gym.
First time doing the “Blake Corum Drill” for Avery and she did well!
