Today, our Princeton interns got a firsthand look at what multifamily marketing is all about.
They started by shopping apartment communities, learning how the prospect journey, first impressions, leasing experience, and follow-up all influence a community’s success. From there, they took what they learned and put it into action by developing complete marketing campaigns for a couple of our student housing communities.

After some outstanding presentations, congratulations to Thomas, Asa, and Mason for earning the top campaign. Their concepts will now be refined by our Marketing Department and officially launched in January 2027.

That said, every team impressed us. A big shoutout to Elliot, Luke, and Jake for delivering a phenomenal campaign as well. The creativity, strategy, and teamwork from both groups made the judging difficult.

It’s exciting to see the next generation bringing fresh ideas to our industry. Great work, everyone, we can’t wait to see these campaigns come to life!
