Yesterday, I had to tell students when they lost focus while taking their test, " Come on, you have to refocus."
All of us lose focus at some point in time. This can be caused when we lose confidence in the task and ourselves or become distracted by something else.
You have to stand back, take a deep breath, and REFOCUS. Regain your confidence, the belief in yourself, and regain who you are.

I want to apologize for not posting this year. I'm taking the sabbatical to focus on my mental health. Everything should be up and going by September.
