Vibrant summer blooms invite the bees to rest on their sun-kissed petals. Bee Balm, a native flower, provides sweet nectar for the bees and a multitude of uses for us. Take time to admire the cheerful shades of pink, purple, and red, and breathe in their refreshing scent of lemon and mint.

This precious boy made his arrival on Valentine’s Day — a day already filled with love, made even more special by his birth. It was only fitting that we nestled him in a heart during his newborn session, a subtle tribute to the love that surrounds him. His mama’s favorite color is purple, so we incorporated a handmade blanket and hat that were gifted to her. Aren't they just beautiful? The personal touches made this session all the more meaningful.

In-home newborn sessions are some of my favorites. Capturing these early moments in the comfort of your own space, surrounded by the details that matter most to you, allows us to create timeless, sentimental keepsakes from this joyful chapter in your life.

When we discussed surprising his mama with senior photos, let's just say my mama heart swelled up and almost burst with how excited he was for this.

April Showers may bring May Flowers, but they also bring rescheduling sessions. We had to shift dates a few times, but ended up having the most perfect weather. His heart really is as big as that beautiful smile. We shared a lot of laughs while capturing these moments for his mom, and we were so grateful that our planning worked out just as it needed to.

As we were wrapping things up, his mom texted "Where are you?" My inner teenager replied "We're caught! What do we say?" before I realized I was a grown adult and wouldn't get in trouble for being somewhere my mama wasn't aware of. I told him "Never mind, I won't get in trouble. This is all on you." Don't worry folks, I let him know I would bail him out should his mama be upset (she wasn't). This is the type of nonsense you can expect should we work together.

Wishing you a wonderful end of your senior year, and amazing adventures as you enter this next phase of life!
