This was made to stave off boredom from being forced to stay inside with the smoke haze outside. It's a strawberries and cream cake made with a white cake, homemade strawberry vanilla jam (Wegmeyers strawberries and homemade vanilla paste), and a vanilla mascarpone buttercream. Wegmeyer Farms
Since the start of spring, Easter, and my own birthday were annoyingly close together this year. I got lazy and just made the one cake for all three things. It's far from perfect, but it's another tiramisu cake so who cares
These are a result of boredom and random experimentation. I present salted caramel layered marshmallows
