When we started working on Jelly Donut, it was easy to love the concept. It sounded like something we had to make, but sounding good is not enough to become a Flavor52 drop.

By the final tasting, we were not deciding whether the flavor worked. We were choosing between three versions that all had something going for them. Then the room did what it rarely does: everyone quietly found their way back to the same cup. That became the version we released.

A little powdered donut. A bright burst of jelly. And underneath it all, coffee that still tastes like coffee.
