✨ Employee Spotlight: Ashley Petty ✨

Meet Ashley Petty, our Director of Broker Relations at Health First. Ashley has been with Health First since July 2025, and she plays an important role in helping our brokers and team feel supported, valued, and connected.

Ashley brings a unique and well-rounded professional background to her role. She spent nearly 10 years in the coffee industry, growing from barista to manager and later working as a professional barista trainer. She also has experience in finance through loan origination and debt collection, as well as experience at SLCC in the Office of Admissions, where she supported enrollment and helped create training materials. Her background in customer service, training, and relationship-building gives her a thoughtful and people-first approach to her work.

What Ashley loves most about her job is the atmosphere and the people. She enjoys finding ways to support those around her, and the Health First team makes it easy for her to show up each day with care, excitement, and purpose.

Outside of work, she loves photography, spending time with her animals and family, going on long drives and adventures, cooking and baking, and getting creative with crafty projects.
