When Josh's dad died, he knew exactly who he wanted to call first. Miss Karen.

In a moment of deep grief, Miss Karen showed up for him, because their relationship was never built on a single moment. Josh has been part of the Transformation family for years. But that day, he realized this family isn't here just for the good times. They're here for all of it.
