Starting at the back of the field after an issue in qualifying made the first stint fun, was able to move through from P23 to P7, before handing the car off to Alessio. From there he and Jan brought the car up to P5 before a red flag for lighting around halfway. Unfortunately, we never really got going again after that. We had a great car and were in position to keep moving forward, but that’s the way it goes sometimes.

It’s been an absolute pleasure to be a part of this program this year and have learned so much from & .heylen. I appreciate everyone who put something into making this happen, Justin and everyone at RS1, , and . It’s been a fantastic first step into GT3 and I’m working hard on what comes next, stay tuned!

Q & Race 1 complete! Our strongest combined qualifying of the season set us up well for a hot Race 1 this afternoon. Starting P3 it was a tough fight with the BMW and AMG through my stint, but in the end I was able to hand over the car in podium contention to Jan to finish us off. We came home P2, and all the signs look good for more tomorrow! Thanks to for working super hard to give us such a strong car!

A quick trip to the Nürburgring for 1 to start the racing season, and what an experience it was! First ever laps of the track, and I was able to put the car on pole in class by four seconds. A tough call in the race with a wet/dry start and some unlucky Code 60s meant we slipped back to P2 in the race, but still a great way to start the year, looking forward to returning for NLS3 in May!
