It saddens me when I meet people during the course of my work who have undergone a surgical procedure for their back or been diagnosed with a back problem. They always relate to me that they have never had a conversation with a health care professional about the possible causes of their condition. Even worse they are not referred to a corrective exercise specialist, like myself, who can help with their rehabilitation and the prevention of further problems. I offer a free consultaion at which time we can discuss the occupational, recreational and activities of daily living which might cause you to remain a back patient all your life if you don't change.
