65 % single-origin Ecuadorian dark chocolate (zero soy lecithin) cascading over hand-pitted California Medjool dates. Inside: a smooth sunflower-butter core that pops with clove, sweet-pepper heat and panela sweetness. Fruitier. Brighter. Less than 2 g added sugar per bite.
