Just some ideas to get you started if you're not sure what to do before dealing with snow removal. A little preparation can save you a lot of aches later.

Once you get moving, notice anywhere that still feels like it needs to get limbered up and give that a few minutes of attention as well.

If any of these are unfamiliar, a quick search will give you examples.
Always listen to your body if anything doesn't feel suitable!

It's a winter wonderland out there which means you likely need to do some shoveling.

A few reminders:
Warm up! Shoveling is great exercise and is best approached as such.

Slow and steady is the safest way to get the job done. Overfilling the shovel is an easy way to get injured.

Try to not twist your lower back or wrists by dumping the shovel, use a jabbing motion instead. This snow is sticky, regularly tap the shovel on a hard surface to reduce unnecessary weight.
