‼️Outage Update: Our crews continue to work to restore power. The outage was caused when a tree fell into a three-phase power line, breaking a utility pole. Crews were able to backfeed power and restore service to some affected members while repairs continue.

The damaged equipment is located in a difficult-to-access area, making restoration more challenging. Crews are rebuilding the damaged section of line and replacing the broken pole before power can be safely restored to the remaining members.

Thank you for your patience as our crews work as safely and quickly as possible to restore power to everyone affected.

We will have a planned power outage tomorrow morning, July 7th for members on the Mt. Olive Circuit (Highway 501/High Ridge Road area) in Casey County.

⏱️ Estimated Duration: Approximately 2 hours

The outage will begin at approximately 10:00 a.m. ET Tuesday morning, July 7th. This repair is necessary to replace a broken pole.
