Lake Macbride Trail Races 2026 Spillway Status Report!
Race day is one week away, so Spillway watch 2026 is officially under way! We are not too concerned with the current flow, or water levels. The main concern is the slick algae. We are going to work to mitigate the slickness of a few spots. In addition to that extra precaution, we will have ropes, and Spillway Guardians in the Spillway to provide assistance and additional safety to all LMTR runners!
There is still a few days to register! Race Day is Saturday, 07/18/2026. Registration closes Wednesday 07/15/2026 at 11:59Pm!
