~ Constellations In The Wild ~
A magical retreat center in Sula, MT where I was invited to cook for a wonderful group of people. Constellation work is a revealing and healing modality where everyone present receives, sacred reciprocity is offered to the land as exchange, and the ancient ones watch over. This constellation retreat was the second here in Sula, more than half of the participants were also present last year. This modality is powerful and it works in unexpected and beautiful ways. The third retreat is already planned for next June 2027. Cleansing rains, thunder and lightning joined in. Some extra fun happened after the closing ceremony, a hike at Lake Como, and Stuffie took a quad ride up to the top of a nearby mountain to enjoy the view.

Things to do today:
Pick yourself up.
Dust yourself off.
Start all over again.

I don’t know if that was her motto or motivation, yet it was how she seemed to live. Tenacious. And with humor. She’d be 84 today. Ever present in my life.
