Snohomish Inn team is growing! We are looking to add a motivated, detail oriented, clerk!

General overview of position:
-Checking guests into hotel
- Helping walk-ins with reservations
-Receiving reservations via booking.com and entering them into system
-Taking phone calls inquiring about room availability and data input for reservations
-Providing some information regarding recreational events in town, restaurants, farms, shops, etc.
-Must keep front lobby spotless and organized
-Might be asked to water plants and preform other cleaning/organizing duties

Must be comfortable and familiar working with a computer and excel.
This is an entry level position, willing to train.
Desired skills:
-Critical thinking skills; being able to handle situations with extra mile customer service but also protecting integrity of hotel
-Superb organization skills and seeing tasks through
-Self-hygiene is important as you will be working directly with the public

Schedule: Monday-Wednesday 2:30pm-8pm $14.49 min wage
