As we prepare to close the door on 2021 and look towards 2022, we are taking a moment to celebrate some of our achievements this year! 👏

🎉 We’ve gained 7 new Koz family members
🎉 We've had 3 internal promotions
🎉 Opened 2 new buildings in Portland, OR
🎉 Started construction on new projects in Portland and Tacoma with many to begin in 2022

We are so thrilled with the successes of 2021 and cannot wait to see what 2022 will bring!

Community Highlight Wednesday! On Wednesday we want to take a moment and highlight some of our amazing communities. Today's feature community is Derby SLU in Seattle's South Lake Union. Meet the team!
Clarke joined the Kōz team in early 2021 as a Community Manager and took the role of Marketing Manager in August with responsibility for branding, marketing and social media management for all Kōz entities. Clarke also provides graphic design assistance for new properties and projects.
Prior to working at Kōz, Clarke worked as an assistant community manager and pagination designer for newspapers in central Alabama.
Clarke holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication from the University of Montevallo in Montevallo, Alabama.
Outside of Kōz, Clarke enjoys spending time with their fiance and two dogs, hiking and exploring nature and collects small batch earrings.
