Bathroom painting project. It’s 90% done, but I’m just so excited to share what we have done so far!

I always forget how much I LOVE getting behind the paint brush and painting.

I love watching what I envision coming to life.

It’s funny how God knows exactly what our heart desires.

I went to college for criminal justice and psychology.

I thought I wanted to be a criminal psychologist, researcher, attorney, private investigator, or work for FBI or CIA.

Along that journey, I would find myself painting all the time, whether it was bodies, nails, hair, canvas’s, walls, shoes, clothes, paper… you name it I had this deep desire to give it a different look.

Little did I know that God was putting subtle hints along the way of what our future would look like.

In 2012, my aunt was burnt out on running this business, my mom actually suggested “why don’t you offer to buy it and take it over.”

I thought, “why not?”

I don’t get to get out in the field because I’m busy running the office and the home stead, but that’s okay.

My husband and business partner is an amazing artist too!

The very first thing he drew me was a rose and I was highly impressed with his artistic ability.

All this to say, find what you love and make it your living.

I know some fear that it may ruin their “love” for their hobby, I promise you- it won’t!

Just go for it! Now is the best time to start. 😘💪🏻
