Before y’all start carving that turkey, make sure it hits a temperature of 165°F . Please don’t trust the color, trust the thermometer. 👀
Check these three spots:
• Thickest part of the breast
• Innermost part of the wing
• Innermost part of the thigh
And if you stuffed it, that stuffing needs to reach 165°F too. Let the turkey rest 20 minutes before cutting. Stay safe & eat good, fam!
