• 10:00 AM – Outdoor Mama + Baby Yoga
• 11:00 AM – Essential Oils Class
• 12:00 PM – Mom Meet Up + Light Lunch

Come for one part or stay for the whole experience, this day is meant to meet you where you are 🌿

We’ll begin with a gentle outdoor yoga session, connecting breath, movement, and baby in a calm, supportive space.

Then, dive into an Essential Oils Class led by a long-time experienced oil user, focused on:
• Replacing common over-the-counter medications
• Everyday use of oils for your home + family
• Safe, practical ways to confidently care for your loved ones holistically

After, stay and enjoy a light lunch, connect with other moms, and get hands-on with essential oils in a relaxed, welcoming environment ✨
