Reverend Robert Belknap reminds us, on Pentecost Sunday, that “the Holy Spirit surprises us!” Discover the treasures found in Scripture with Sunday Bible School at 9 am, Worship at 10:30 am, and a fellowship meal afterwards. Meet the friendly folks who gather at 35300 Home Estate Drive, Slidell LA 70458. On Thursdays there is a lunch, usually soup with potluck sides welcome, at 11:30 am, followed by a Bible Study, currently in Revelation. Join us in our new Food Ministry for the community.

“Feed My Lambs” at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, Slidell LA on March 28, 2026 was a God-given event! The volunteer team, with Thrivent support, held both a first-time Food Pantry ministry and a Spaghetti Lunch for the community. Over 75 meals were served, and a number of families received items from the Food Pantry. Many thanks to all who participated, to our welcome guests and visitors, and to the joy-filled team who supplied the energy. Here are a few candid, and group pictures.
