My pics of the USMC Reserve Band Christmas concert made the front page.

My 400mm and I had fun capturing high performance cars making their laps around NOLA Motorsports recently. We had a blast, and the drivers liked the photos.

I took the opportunity to shoot my first motorsports event at NOLA Motorsports Complex in Westwego on Sunday, November 9. This is my friend Garry, driving his Porsche 911 GT3RS. I had a blast shooting lots of different cars and experimenting with my panning technique, making the car really pop. This one is so sharp, I can read the Porsche text on the front brake caliper. Shot with my Canon 400/2.8 on the Canon R3 body.
