First Baptist Slidell Ladies Ministry

Hello Ladies! 🌺

Lisa Franszczak and I had the privilege to attend the taping of a new Lifeway Bible Study due out in May 2027. One of our local bible study leaders, Tara Dew, wrote and leads the study "Fruit of the Spirit - Growing in the Likeness of God". Tara is also wife to Dr. Jamie Dew who is the president of New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. Oh my goodness - what a great study and what a great teacher she is! 😍

There is one more taping session scheduled for Thursday morning if you have some free time and would like to attend. (This is a 10 week study and we sat through sessions 1 - 7 the last two days.)
Doors open at 9:00am and they are taping in The Chapel at FBC Covington. No charge to attend and there was plenty of room for more ladies.

You are invited to a baby shower for Mary Margaret Moore on Sunday, March 22nd, at 2pm in room 150 at First Baptist Church, Slidell. 🩵 Mary Margaret is expecting her first little boy the middle of April and we would love to sprinkle her with a few gifts. Please join us for this wonderful celebration!

We are having to reschedule our next Card Ministry event to Friday, January 30th. Please save the date on your calendar. 💌 10am to 12pm.
We will not be meeting this Friday due to a funeral. Thank you!
