Join us tomorrow for Fourth Friday Art Stroll with Chris warren and Leslee Burtt! For nearly 40 years, Leslee Burtt and her longtime friend and business partner, Chris Warren have been handcrafting unique baskets and gourd art in the Portland area. They have sold at the Rickards Gallery for 26 years. They have become known for their intricate pieces that blend natural materials like seagrass, reed and cedar bark into the weaving. They also work with hard shell gourds, which are dyed, pine needled and finished with semi-precious stones. They’re seasoned artists whose work has graced numerous art galleries and shows and also appeared in the book, 500 Baskets. Wendy Vernon Designs will also be joining us with new jewels plus wine and light bites! 4 to 6 PM The Rickards Gallery The Open Door Sisters Arts Association
