Hi friends, I’ve decided to step away from Instagram. The direction of this platform’s leadership doesn’t align with my values, and I no longer feel comfortable supporting it with my time and energy.

Grateful for long term friends like for bringing real talk to the journey of motherhood. I know I can be honest with her about my journey with anxiety and she shows up with empathy and understanding. We need these mama friendships to survive! This lovely human is the one who suggested “Breathe Mama” for the onesie lineup. What a beautiful, simple, empowering phrase to encourage mamas in the midst of anxiety.
