This year, we wanted to take the chance to go behind the scenes at the Sisters Rodeo with PCC Schlosser to show you some of the amazing, hardworking volunteers that make our rodeo possible!
For our first episode, we want to introduce you to Leanna Buck - a long time volunteer who was promoted this year to the title of the 2026 Sisters Rodeo Arena Director!
It’s no small task to run her job, which is watched by thousands of fans, impacts hundreds of cowboys and cowgirls, and is played LIVE on The Cowboy Channel!

A perk of my job as the marketing director is that I get the easiest role: bragging about the people behind the scenes who make everything happen.
This Sisters Rodeo Association's six individuals who make up the Board of Directors are historic as they are one of the smallest groups of directors to ever put on this rodeo in its 86 years. A historic year in contestant numbers, ticket sales, merchandise sales, rodeo payout, and memories made - we thank these six from the bottom of our hearts for making the 86th Sisters Rodeo possible.
