Cliff Avenue and I229 Interchange This project involves the reconstruction of the Cliff Avenue/I-229 Interchange and Cliff Avenue between 38th Street and the Spencer Park entrance. Additionally, 41st Street will be realigned and reconstructed. All public utilities within the project area will be replaced as part of this project.
