Our instructor on Thursday will make you work, but understands “why” we are there- to get back in shape, protect ourselves and our families…but also that we have to work the next day and don’t want any more surgeries.

John Hansen a black belt from Omaha will be up for open mat Saturday Nov 1st from 11-1. This will be just like any other open mat with mostly live rolling with athletes sharing knowledge and techniques.

This week on the podcast we talk with multi time Brazilian jujitsu World Champion john Hansen. John talks about his recent competitions, how he got started, and how his training partners including his wife have helped him be as dominant as he is!
