This prestigious honor, presented by the Iowa Agribusiness Radio Network in partnership with Wyffels Hybrids and the Iowa State Fair, recognizes individuals across Iowa who demonstrate exceptional leadership, volunteerism, and commitment to preserving the traditions and community spirit that make county fairs such an important part of rural Iowa.

Candice was selected from nominations submitted by her peers and recognized for her unwavering dedication, leadership, mentorship, and service to her community. This award celebrates individuals who work tirelessly behind the scenes to create meaningful experiences for youth, families, exhibitors, and anyone who knows Candice understands just how deserving she is of this recognition. Her passion for service extends far beyond the walls of Powell Broadcasting, and this recognition is a reflection of the tremendous difference she makes in the lives of others. She will be recognized locally during the Plymouth County Fair and will also be honored during County Fair Day at the Iowa State Fair on August 14.
