Just got an oil change and they told me I need to do all this…

Went to Jiffy L**e for an oil change and they told me I need to do all of this stuff. I really don’t know much about cars and would super appreciate some advice on everything here.

Obviously the air filter and coolant top off I can do myself. The things that concern me are the spark plug and belt thing. Do I actually need to do something about this or are they like lying? Also how urgent are these things if I do need to fix them?

For reference, I drive a 2015 Buick Verano at 116,000 miles with a 2.4 L 4 Cylinder engine.
