The farmhouse features a picturesque wrap-around front porch, a popular spot for clients to relax in the evenings. Over time, its aged appearance prompted a desire for renovation. To achieve a contemporary look with reduced maintenance requirements, we conducted a thorough rebuild of the structural framing and ensured level surfaces. The incorporation of Timber Tech Azek porch boards in weathered Teak, paired with Timber Tech composite railings, has resulted in a significantly upgraded appearance.

Installed Life Proof flooring and trimmed out 2 windows for clients.

This three-season room underwent renovations, including new replacement windows, a leveled ceiling, and updated electrical. Primarily utilized as storage space, the clients sought to update the space. Painting was completed by the clients at a subsequent date. The exterior was refinished with white aluminum wrapping and capping. Interior trim used as much original trim as possible to keep farm house look.
