🚨ONGOING ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSE 🚨
MILK TANKER INCIDENT
Keystone Emergency Spill Response crews are back on scene today continuing operations at the site of the recent tanker crash.
Our team is actively conducting continuous water quality monitoring to track conditions within the impacted waterway and ensure all environmental parameters remain within acceptable levels. This includes ongoing evaluation of dissolved oxygen levels and overall water health as part of our commitment to protecting aquatic life and downstream resources.
In addition, crews are performing boom replacement and maintenance, ensuring all containment measures remain fully effective in preventing any further migration of contaminants

Keystone Emergency Spill Response is proud to announce a new partnership with an accredited Pennsylvania DEP–approved environmental testing laboratory.
This partnership allows us to provide rapid soil and water analytical results for all incident responses and remediation projects, ensuring timely data collection and reporting in accordance with Pennsylvania DEP Act 2 (Land Recycling Program) requirements.
By integrating Act 2–compliant sampling, testing, and documentation into our response operations, we help support:
• Site characterization and assessment
• Determination of cleanup standards
• Risk-based decision making
• Regulatory closure and reporting
This collaboration reinforces our continued commitment to transparency and accountability between our clients, insurance carriers, and all local, state, and federal agencies involved in our projects.
Providing accurate, defensible laboratory data allows all stakeholders to clearly understand site conditions, streamline remediation efforts, and minimize unnecessary delays or costs while maintaining full regulatory compliance.
