Simi Valley Martial Arts & Fitness is hosting a make-up Bo Staff seminar for the Rowing Form Part 1.

This seminar will be held on Saturday, October 20th at 9:00am. Cost for this seminar will be $25 dollars and you must bring your own Bo Staff or Oar. If you do not have your own, SVMA will have them available for purchase.
