Two weeks after my knee replacement, I’ve learned not to take the little things for granted. Being able to shower or get dressed on your own is truly a blessing.

Recovery hasn’t been easy, but every day gets a little better. Arnica really helped with my bruising, and finding the right physical therapist made all the difference.
