From the Shelter:

Kermit was found chained in the woods hooked by zip ties without food or water with a pregnant female pup Miss Piggy. Another rescue was able to help pregnant mama but, we’ve had no luck for Kermit.

I was able to track down the “owner” of Kermit and she stated she left him out during the terrible winter storm in January when temps were in the single digits and thought that what cause his “blindness.”

We have learned that Kermit has entropion in both eyes and will need surgery that we cannot afford to save his vision.
Kermit is
- just under 1 year old
- VERY people and dog friendly
- craves attention (it’s very apparent he never received any)
- small bulldog mix (around 40lbs) with the cutest little short legs.
