There's a reason the best time to sell your home in the DMV is when buyers are most active. 👀

And right now, buyers are motivated in ways that will change as summer goes on.

The families planning to move before the new school year starts are already shopping.

They're pre-approved, they're touring on weekends, and they're ready to write offers.

If selling your home in the DMV has been on your mind, this is your sign to at least have the conversation.

Message me and let's talk through what makes sense for your specific situation.

I'm .re, your DMV local and real estate agent.

Thinking about selling your home in DMV?

Anyone can put a sign in the yard.

The difference between a home that sells and one that sits comes down to how it's priced, how it's positioned, and how it's marketed.

I've seen beautiful homes sit because the pricing was off. And I've seen average homes close above ask because the positioning was right.

If you're thinking about selling in DMV, I'd love to create a tailored approach for your home.

P.S. Not ready to move but have questions? My DMs are open for that too.

If you're a DMV homeowner, chances are someone wants to buy your house...

Every week, buyers come to me asking for [established neighborhoods, bigger yards, homes with character...

The problem is, there are limited options available in DMV.

So I start looking. Asking around my network, and reaching out to homeowners who aren't even thinking about selling yet.

And most of the time, they're genuinely surprised by the demand and what buyers are willing to pay.

If your home fits the bill, I'd love to chat.

DM me "match" or send this to a friend who's been thinking about making a move.

I'm .re , DMV local and real estate agent helping buyers/sellers navigate this market with confidence.

Most don't realize what's negotiable when you buy a home in DMV 👀

Everyone focuses on the purchase price - and yes, that matters.

But a good agent is thinking about your monthly payment, what you're bringing to closing, what happens after the inspection report comes back, and whether the timeline actually lines up with your life.

I've had clients walk away from the table with seller-paid rate buydowns, closing cost credits, repair credits, and a move-in date that worked around their lease.

There's usually more room on the table than meets the eye.

Curious what this could look like for you? Send me a message.

If we haven't met, I'm .re , local real estate advisor in DMV.
