Triangles on triangles. 5,000 years later, architects and engineers still can't figure out how the pyramids of Giza were built. What we do know is that they've stood the test of time largely due to their triangular structure.

In Wing Chun, there's a concept called Yup Ying, which means "getting into the shape" of the art.Wing Chun stances, footwork, leg and hand techniques form a series of interconnected triangles that support, wedge, ramp, screw, pin, flip, and divert. The reason for this is simple: The strength and efficiency of the triangle remain undisputed.
