The Every Girl Can Learning Institute

Girl Scout troop 4168 leading off the 18th annual conference with a flag ceremony followed by the pledge of allegiance. The girls also retired the flag to close the conference. Special thanks to our Board member, Dr. Ayanna Flegler for connecting us with troop leaders Bridget Blue Laney and Nichel Brown Girl Scouts. Pres. Bowie State University Dr..Aminta Brown gave the girls a powerful message about yes you can do it. Thank you to all our supporters, volunteers and sponsors.
