At Child Justice, we stand with children and protective caregivers navigating some of the most difficult situations imaginable - cases involving abuse, domestic violence, and coercive control in family court.

Every day, children’s safety can depend on what happens in a courtroom. Too often, they don’t have a voice. That’s where we come in.

Through free legal services, advocacy, and education, we work to protect children, support the caregivers and parents fighting for them, and help break cycles of abuse - so every child has the chance to grow up safe, supported, and heard.
