Tuesday, December 9th, starting at 7pm! We are the featured artist at the Takoma Park Open SPARK open mic at the School of Musical Traditions in Takoma Park, MD.

Amor y Luz will be bringing danceable Latin pop, soaring harmonies, and radiant joy to the Takoma SPARK spotlight, blending cello, ukulele, flute, guitar, and more with a whimsical groove. Celebrating the music of Latin America, this dynamic duo turns every show into a heart-opening burst of love, light, and irresistible rhythm.

🎶✨ What an incredible experience we had at the First Friday Community Sing Along in October, sponsored by Carpe Diem Arts! It was truly beautiful to lift our voices together with the Carpe Diem Community as we sang the Cumbia classic "Aguacero de Mayo" by Toto La Momposina and the Bomba classic "Cuidame a Belen" by Paracumbe. A special highlight was the phenomenal performance by the amazing Bulgarian choir Orfeia! 🎤🌟 Grateful for these moments of music and community connection at the Church of the Ascension in Silver Spring, MD!
